Firstly let us assure you that either Jill or Eric will personally deal with you throughout your booking.

The stages of booking are as follows:-

Either fax or post our booking form Either Jill or Eric will telephone you to discuss your booking request and match your needs to one of our professional sitters. At this stage the prospective sitter's background and experience will also be discussed with you. Jill or Eric, together with the chosen sitter, will make an appointment to meet you and your pets in the home environment. If all is agreed and you are happy, the contract will be signed by all parties. A deposit is paid to HappiTails and the sitter is then booked The remaining monies due are paid to the sitter on your return If required we will always endeavour to keep the same sitter for all your requirements
