Our History
HappiTails Homesitting Services was set
up in 2001 by Jill and Eric Pendlebury to provide a professional,
Cambridge-based home and pet sitting service. Both Jill and
Eric have had extensive experience in caring for animals, Jill
is a breeder of Schnauzer dogs and is involved in pet rescue
services.
HappiTails have employed a dedicated team
of home and pet sitters, who were all employed to have the same
responsible and caring attitude as Jill and Eric. They have all
been interviewed personally and have been selected for the following
qualities; love of animals, experience with animals, common-sense
and trustworthiness.
HappiTails are proud of the
unique service they offer, taking the stress and worry out of
spells away from home, for whatever reason (holidays, business
trips, hospital stays). Your home is secure and your pets are
happy whilst you are away.
We are always looking for more staff for sitters and dog walkers,
around a 30 mile radius of Cambridge.

for HappiTails.
HappiTails means that we can go away and know that our ANIMALS
and our HOME are being looked after by people who really do
care about them. When you have a big dog who is a big baby (as
Beau is), it's really nice to have someone who understands how
special he is to us. The personal care and attention you gave
before our holiday was much appreciated and certainly set our
minds at rest - you came to our home and met us and our animals
and took the time to talk to us and understand our needs. You
then knew exactly who would be best suited to the job and from
that point on, we relaxed, knowing they were in safe hands.
Now we can really look forward to time away and although we
miss them, we know they are probably enjoying themselves as
much as we are and in the comfort of their own home - no stress
for them, no worry for us. And it's so nice to come home to
a happy and contented home.
I have and will continue to recommend HappiTails to other animal
owning friends and those that have had cause to use HappiTails
are only too happy to do the same.
